Our main storefront & commercial kitchen is located in Lone Oak. We partner with several local businesses in the area for our satellite locations. You can also pick up meals in Greenville, Emory, Caddo Mills, and Sulphur Springs!

We offer a wide varitey of meals that rotate daily! We do offer some gluten-free & dairy-free options. All allergens and nutritional information will be located on each meal label. 

All of our locations, including our main location in Lone Oak, operate a cashless system. While we can’t accept cash payments, we are able to accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as apple, google, and samsung pay! 

Why are we cashless? Safety is our top priority! Another important reason is that our satellite locations are located in other businesses and they aren’t able to accept cash on our behalf. So to remain consistent, we have chosen to operate a cashless system at all locations. 

Simply Prept is not a gluten-free kitchen. We do, however, offer gluten-free meals throughout the week. All of our nutrition labels will notate the allergens. 

No! All of our locations are grab-and-go style. We do not offer a pre-order system. 

We rotate our meals daily! The best way to know what meals are available would be to check our facebook page daily. We post what meals are available on our menu post every morning.

Our storefront in Lone Oak is where you can find additional drinks & snacks! We have a variety of protein snacks, energy drinks, sodas, and supplements available for purchase! 

We do not carry family size meals in our store. However, on occasion, we do post a pre-order link for family size meals. Each family meal will be 4 servings. This link will be posted on our facebook page.
